Love stories in Florida and beyond
Memories that last a lifetime
Behind the camera
Hey, we're the Light Mood Studio Team!
We’re photographers and videographers based in Florida, but our hearts and cameras are wherever your love takes us. Capturing life’s most beautiful moments isn’t just what we do – it’s who we are. This is our soul, our calling, our inspiration. Being by your side on your wedding day is an honor we cherish deeply.
What we love most about wedding photography is the connection – the way it breaks down walls and reveals the beauty in the little moments. It’s not just about the big shots; it’s about capturing you, as you are, in the purest, most authentic way. Your story matters, and being able to tell it through our lens is a gift we don’t take lightly.
We’re so glad you’re here! Let’s create something unforgettable together.

Questions? Answers.
Can I add extra time at the wedding?
Extra hours can always be added, but it’s best to plan for them in advance to ensure we can meet your needs. Additional hours are:
- $199 per hour per shooter
- $399 per hour for the 2-person team
Our client service team will walk you through the details to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What the photographer/videographer will be wearing?
We will be dressed in all black – a standard in the industry to keep things professional and discreet.
The wedding is cancelled or we need to reschedule our date:
Life happens, and that’s totally okay. If you need to postpone your wedding, we won’t charge any rescheduling fees. Your new location doesn’t have to be the same – we just need to make sure your new date is available on our calendar. We recommend sending a few potential dates so we can find the best fit.
If you decide not to have the wedding, we can apply your deposit toward a separate photoshoot. We handle every couple’s situation personally and with care. However, please note that we do have a no-refund policy in case of wedding cancellations.
No Downgrading:
Once booked, packages cannot be downgraded, as this is considered a partial cancellation.
Would you like me to provide a meal?
Please note that providing a vendor meal is part of our Terms of Service. Our team will eat when you and your guests do, ensuring they don’t miss any important moments.
Can I get your COI for my venue?
Yes! We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue. Just let us know after the booking if you’d like it sent directly to you or to the Catering Manager – whatever works best.
How does videographer work with two cameras?
During the ceremony, one stationary camera will stay focused on you while our videographer moves around (as permitted by the venue) to capture different angles and moments.
Do I get an access to all photos and footage including unedited ones?
All our photography packages include every photo we take, plus the fully edited gallery. You’ll receive them via an easy-to-use online link.
Can I add a 2nd photographer/videographer?
Yes, you can absolutely add a second photographer! Let us know if you’d like to include one, and we’ll go over the options with you.
Can I upgrade my wedding film to a 60-minute length?
For an 8-hour package, we typically deliver around 30-35 minutes of edited footage in the wedding film. Depending on the amount of content, we may do up to 45 minutes.
Additional charges may apply if you’d like to extend the length significantly. The more hours of coverage and shooters you have, the easier it is to create a longer final film.
I got drone videography, but what if it rains?
For an 8-hour package, we typically deliver around 30-35 minutes of edited footage in the wedding film. Depending on the amount of content, we may do up to 45 minutes.
Additional charges may apply if you’d like to extend the length significantly. The more hours of coverage and shooters you have, the easier it is to create a longer final film.
What does your videography process look like?
Throughout the day, our videographer will capture short clips ranging from 20 to 30 seconds to ensure the highest quality footage. The ceremony, speeches, first dance, first look, and other important moments will be fully recorded with audio.
The total file size typically ranges between 50-150GB, depending on the number of hours booked. Please note that the final length of your wedding video depends on the amount of footage captured, and the exact duration may vary.
While we can’t guarantee a specific runtime, we always strive to capture and deliver more footage than what is listed in your package. Our goal is to provide you with a collection of beautiful, authentic moments that tell the full story of your day.
How do I get my wedding album?
If your package includes a hardcover wedding album, here’s how to receive it:
- Once you receive your photos, select up to 100 images for the album.
- Send us the photo numbers in a PDF file, along with the shipping address.
We’ll take care of the rest and have your album sent directly to you!
Will all photographers/videographers arrive at the same time?
Yes! Our team arrives together at the same time. Since our photographers and videographers work as a unit, we aren’t able to split them between two locations (for example, if the bride and groom are getting ready in different places).
If you need coverage at multiple locations, we recommend starting a little earlier to accommodate. We’re happy to adjust your package to reflect the extra time.
Travel between locations is absolutely possible! There are no additional gas or travel fees – just know that travel time will be included as part of your booked coverage hours.
When will we receive our edited photos/videos?
Editing typically takes 4-5 weeks from:
- The wedding day or,
- The day you submit your Pre-Edit Form – whichever comes later.
There’s no deadline to submit the form, but please note that the longer you wait, the longer it will take for us to complete the final edits.
You will receive all RAW footage at the same time as the edited photos/videos.
Want to add more photos to the edited album?
No problem! After receiving your gallery, send us a complete list of the additional RAW images you’d like edited (in PDF format).
Video Revisions:
- You’ll have one free revision after receiving your wedding videos.
- Revisions must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Please list all changes in a PDF, specifying which adjustments are for the highlights and which are for the full video.
If you submit revisions after 30 days:
We’d still love to help, but there will be a $100/hour charge for our editors. We’ll provide a price estimate after reviewing your request. We recommend submitting revisions within the 30-day window to avoid additional fees.
Can we choose the songs and footage for our wedding film?
Absolutely! We want your wedding film to feel like you. Before the wedding, we’ll send you a Pre-Edit Form where you can specify your preferences for footage and music.
You can choose your own songs! While copyright laws exist, personal-use wedding videos typically do not encounter issues.
How many RAW images will we get?
With 8+6-hour two photographers, you’ll receive 2,000-2,500+ RAW images. Out of those, approximately 800 images will be edited and finalized.
What do you need from us before the wedding?
To ensure we capture every important moment, here’s what we’ll need ahead of time:
- Timeline – Please send us your timeline as soon as it’s ready (even a rough draft helps!). It doesn’t need to be detailed – just a general overview of the day’s key events and the times we should arrive and leave.
- Locations – Let us know the locations for:
- Bride and groom getting ready
- Ceremony
- Reception
- Shot List – We’ll provide a classic shot list for you to review. Feel free to add or remove anything! Let us know if there are any special ceremonies or rituals, and send us the names of any guests you absolutely want photos with (like family members traveling from far away).
After the Wedding:
If videography is part of your package, we’ll send you the Pre-Edit Form again. You can start thinking about 2-3 songs for your highlights video and 5-6 for the full film. This will help our editors bring your vision to life!
We’re here to make sure everything is smooth and seamless. Let us know if you have any questions – we’re excited to be part of your big day!
